Eventful Week in Store for Docurated
This coming week marks an exciting period for Docurated. We will be attending both the Evanta CIO Executive Summit and the Mirren Live 2014 New Business Conference. Both events will be held in New York and are great opportunities to glean some vital insights from our New York based peers and industry leaders. The Evanta CIO Summit takes place tomorrow, Tuesday, May 13, at the New York Marriott Marquis. The two day Mirren Live 2014 New Business Conference also begins tomorrow and takes place in the Digital Sandbox Network.
The Evanta CIO Summit is built ‘by CIOs, for CIOs’. The invitation only event, in which we are honored to take part, follows a New York specific agenda. The event provides attendees with actionable strategies to strengthen the IT function across all industries. The summit kicks off with an opening keynote by Marshall Goldsmith, the author and world renowned business and leadership thinker. Goldsmith’s talk, entitled ‘Changing Style of Leadership – Navigating Internal and External Behavior Change’, will address the evolving role of the CIO. Other topics up for discussion throughout the day include ‘The Future of Work’, the rebranding of IT as a strategic business partner, and, most interestingly, a keynote entitled ‘Disruptive Innovation – Competing in Today’s Global Marketplace’.
Docurated is a conference partner at the Mirren Live 2014 New Business Conference. The Mirren Conference is an industry event focused on agency business models and agency new business innovation. In total some 400 agencies will partake in 35 sessions over a jam-packed two days. The Mirren Conference is the premier agency event of the year. Among the highlights to look forward to is an agency CEO panel that includes Pete Stein of Razorfish. The panel will discuss the new business challenges of the Chief Executive. Other featured topics include new and evolving compensation models and turning scope creep into a revenue stream. Another notable inclusion on Tuesday’s agenda is a talk given by Havas Worldwide’s Laura Maness on how to brainstorm big ideas on tight timelines.
If you are attending the event please feel free to make yourself known to us, we would love to hear from you.
